At Lucy's Horse Bags, every single bag is handmade with care and dedication. Because of the time, effort, and materials that go into crafting each piece individually, all sales are final. We kindly ask that you read this policy carefully before placing your order.


All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Every bag is made specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold. We put hours of work into each piece, and because of that, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstance. We appreciate your understanding and support of handmade small business.


Please Order Carefully

We encourage every customer to review product photos, descriptions, and sizing information thoroughly before completing a purchase. Damaged or Incorrect Items

While all sales are final, we do understand that mistakes and accidents can happen during shipping. If your item arrives visibly damaged or if you receive the wrong item entirely, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lucyshorsebag@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or incorrect item in your email. We will review your case and do our best to make it right. Please note that minor variations in leather texture, color, and finish are completely normal and are not considered defects — they are a natural characteristic of genuine leather and part of what makes each bag unique.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Lucy's Horse Bags is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package appears to be lost in transit, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
