Shipping Policy

At Lucy's Horse Bags, every bag is handmade just for you, so please keep in mind that there are two stages to receiving your order — production time and shipping time. We want to make sure you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.


Production Time

Since every single bag is made by hand and crafted individually, please allow 5–10 business days for your bag to be made before it is shipped out. We never rush the process because the quality of your bag matters more to us than speed. Rest assured that during this time your bag is being carefully put together with the same attention and care that goes into every order.


Shipping Time

Once your bag has been completed and handed off to the carrier, please allow an additional 3–8 business days for delivery depending on your location. Domestic orders tend to arrive on the shorter end of that window, while international orders may take closer to the full 8 days or slightly longer depending on your country and any local customs processing times. Please keep this in mind when ordering, especially if you need your bag by a specific date.


Total Estimated Wait Time

When combining production and shipping time, you can expect to receive your order within approximately 8–18 business days from the date of purchase. We know that waiting is hard, especially for something you're excited about, and we truly appreciate your patience.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your bag on its way to you. If you have not received tracking details within 10 business days of your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at lucyshorsebag@gmail.com and we will look into it right away.


International Orders

We are happy to ship worldwide! Please note that international customers may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon delivery depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the price of the bag or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about any potential fees before placing your order.
